Hela Rural Development Foundation (HRDF) was established under the Associations Incorporations Act to help improve quality of Education, Health and Sports functions in Hela Province. HRDF considers itself as a development partner dedicated to improving the lifes of remote communities in Hela Province (Komo Margarima, Tari Pori & Koroba Kopiago).
